Easy Fried Rice Recipe

This dish is perfect for using leftover rice

Ingredients:

* Garlic
* Chilli
* Ginger
* Spring Onions
* Spring greens
* Head of Broccoli 
* 2 eggs
* 100g of cooked rice
* Fish sauce


       

Chop the garlic, ginger and chilli (keep in the seeds to give an extra kick)
Slice spring onions, chop spring greens and and trim a head of broccoli
Then whisk two eggs

Prep done, so everything is ready for the pan


Add a good lug of oil to a hot pan then add the chopped garlic, chilli and ginger.
Next; the spring greens and broccoli, add some water to steam, after that the cooked rice.
Make a well in the middle and add the eggs, spring onions and a dash of fish sauce; scramble then mix it together. Season it by desire.


It is ready to be served.
Prepare a dish and serve the rice topped with lime and spring onions.
