Quick Tiramisu Recipe




Ingredients:

150ml cream
Mascarpone cheese
Icing sugar
Vanilla extract
200ml strong coffee
Dark chocolate


Pour the cream into the bowl and sip the icing sugar, whiskAdd the Mascarpone and vanilla extract into a separate bowl and beat it together
Pour the Mascarpone into the cream
Break the sponge fingers and dip into cold strong coffee
Place into the serving dishes, spoon the Mascarpone mixture on top
Finish it with sprinkles of dark chocolate

Prawn Cocktail Quick Recipe



Sauce Ingredients:

Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Cayenne pepper
Lemon
Tabasco sauce
Westchester sauce
Splash of Brandy


Other ingredients:

Medium size Lettuce
Avocado
Prawns



Choose a glass bowl then add mayonnaise, ketchup, cayenne pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice
add Tabasco, Westchester sauce, a splash of brandy and mix together

Layer some sauce with shredded lettuce
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and score, drizzle with lemon juice
add the diced avocado over the sauce in the bowls and then the prawns
Finish with a little more of sauce a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and garnish
with lemon.

Quick Pasta recipe with Crab, Chilli and Lime




Ingredients: (one portion)
100g pasta
Crab meat
Garlic
Chilli
Spring Onion
White wine
Lime
Basil


Cook the pasta in seasoned boiling water
Pour olive oil into a hot pan
Add sliced garlic, chilli, chopped spring onion and some salt
Add white wine and reduce
Squeeze in lime juice, sprinkle in the crab meat and stir
Drain the pasta, add a drizzle of olive oil and season
Then add the pasta to the crab meat
Sprinkle with chopped basil and toss
Serve with lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil
Enjoy your meal :)

Spicy Spaghetti with Tomato, Anchovy and Chilli



Ingredients: (one portion)

Anchovies
Garlic
Chilli
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives
Some capers
100g of Spaghetti


Spicy sauce:

slice Anchovies
garlic
dried chilies


Add the Anchovy oil to a hot pan and fry the chopped ingredients
Add some cherry tomatoes sliced in half, chopped black olives and salted capers
cook to combine the flavors

In a separate pan boil some spaghetti.
When the pasta is tender but still firm, drain and add to the sauce, then season with
pepper and top with basil

(Ready in under 20 minutes)

(English) Flap Pancakes


Ingredients


1 cup of flour (250ml cup)
2 eggs
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup or less of warm water
a pinch of salt



In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk.
Start with 1 cup of milk, adding up to another 1/4 cup of water if necessary, as you mix it with the flour.
Add the two eggs whisking until mixed but still a bit lumpy.
Heat a frying pan (if it is not non-stick, you will need to melt a bit of butter or oil in it) and when hot
pour in some pancake mix.

When the pancake starts to secede from the pan edges,
turn it and continue cooking until both sides are golden.
(It's about 2 minutes on each side, depending on the stove heat)

Enjoy the pancakes :)

Cherry Leaf Liquor

 


Ingredients:


1l of fine vine
100 cherry leafs
600g sugar



You should pick the leafs when the cherries are ripe.
Choose a 2l glass jar and mix the leafs, vine and sugar.
Leave it on a balcony exposed to sun light for 40 straight days.
I recommend you to shake the jar gently every single day.
After the 40 days have passed, prepare two glass bottles,
remove the cherry leafs and sip the liquor into the bottles.

I serve it as an aperitif and my family and guests really enjoy it.

Perfect Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

250g flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup of warm water


Choose a medium size bowl and combine: yeast, flour, salt,
sugar, olive oil and warm water; stir gently to dissolve.
Then knead it into a ball; this should take about 5 minutes
so the dough gets soft but firm and if the dough is sticky just add more flour and knead it again.
When you form the dough into a ball leave it for 30-45 minutes covered with 

plastic wrap or a damp towel and let it rise in a warm spot  until the dough has doubled in size.
Now move the dough to a flour-dusted surface and use your usual pizza ingredients.
Bake it for 10-12 minutes/250C until the crust is golden and crispy.
