Cherry Leaf Liquor

 


Ingredients:


1l of fine vine
100 cherry leafs
600g sugar



You should pick the leafs when the cherries are ripe.
Choose a 2l glass jar and mix the leafs, vine and sugar.
Leave it on a balcony exposed to sun light for 40 straight days.
I recommend you to shake the jar gently every single day.
After the 40 days have passed, prepare two glass bottles,
remove the cherry leafs and sip the liquor into the bottles.

I serve it as an aperitif and my family and guests really enjoy it.

Perfect Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

250g flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup of warm water


Choose a medium size bowl and combine: yeast, flour, salt,
sugar, olive oil and warm water; stir gently to dissolve.
Then knead it into a ball; this should take about 5 minutes
so the dough gets soft but firm and if the dough is sticky just add more flour and knead it again.
When you form the dough into a ball leave it for 30-45 minutes covered with 

plastic wrap or a damp towel and let it rise in a warm spot  until the dough has doubled in size.
Now move the dough to a flour-dusted surface and use your usual pizza ingredients.
Bake it for 10-12 minutes/250C until the crust is golden and crispy.
