Spicy Spaghetti with Tomato, Anchovy and Chilli



Ingredients: (one portion)

Anchovies
Garlic
Chilli
Cherry tomatoes
Black olives
Some capers
100g of Spaghetti


Spicy sauce:

slice Anchovies
garlic
dried chilies


Add the Anchovy oil to a hot pan and fry the chopped ingredients
Add some cherry tomatoes sliced in half, chopped black olives and salted capers
cook to combine the flavors

In a separate pan boil some spaghetti.
When the pasta is tender but still firm, drain and add to the sauce, then season with
pepper and top with basil

(Ready in under 20 minutes)
